Future Builders International Academy (FBIA), at its main headquarters, welcomed Saudi academic Dr. Haya Ahmad Mohammed Al-Ghars, a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Business Administration, as part of an intensive training program designed to equip researchers with essential skills for effectively engaging with academic defense panels and mastering the art of presentation during scholarly discussions.

The training was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Maha Fouad, Chairperson of FBIA in Egypt, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates, and a leading figure in promoting innovation and creativity in the Arab world. Dr. Fouad delivered a specialized lecture titled “The Art of Dialogue and Interaction with the Defense Committee”, tailored to prepare Dr. Al-Ghars for her upcoming professional doctoral dissertation defense, scheduled for May 21, 2025.

Dr. Al-Ghars’ research explores a highly relevant and contemporary subject:
“The Impact of an AI-Based Predictive System on the Efficiency of Enterprise Risk Management – An Applied Study on Industrial Organizations.”
Her study emphasizes the strategic role of artificial intelligence technologies in enhancing risk management practices and institutional decision-making processes, aligning with global trends toward data-driven business management.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Haya Al-Ghars is widely recognized as a prominent educational leader in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She previously served as Assistant Director of Training Affairs at the General Directorate of Education in the Qassim Region and has contributed as a lecturer at the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, supporting national efforts to foster a culture of dialogue and tolerance.

Among her notable achievements is the “Safe Minds” symposium held in 2015, which focused on combating terrorism and ideological extremism. The event received high praise from His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Qassim Region, who described it as “a uniquely creative initiative in both timing and content,” and commended its role in safeguarding society from radical ideologies.

This training session reflects FBIA’s ongoing commitment to empowering Arab researchers with the skills and knowledge needed to meet the academic and practical demands of today’s evolving professional landscape.
