Immunology is widely used in the treatment of chronic diseases including cancer, viral infections, allergy, and autoimmunity.
The aim of this review is to discuss the role of humoral immunity in immunotherapy as: IgA, IgG4a, IL-6, IL-10, the newly discovered IL-35producing regulatory B cell (i35-Breg), anti-B cell activating factor (BAF) therapy. Furthermore; this review will focus on the role of cellular immunity in immunotherapy as: Dendric. Plasmacytoid dendritic. B, regulatory B, memory B, CD4O-activated B, regulatory CD9(+) B, T, T and CD5- T invariant natural killer T invariant natural killer T (iNKT) lymphocytes.
